Everything available. Mocca chocolate is very tasty! But sometimes it is not cleaned, there are breadcrumbs everywhere on the seat and on the floor, which is uncomfortable. (before the Corona time)

At Backwerk, the range is very large, the prices reasonable and the staff are very friendly.

Ok, the branch is heavily frequented and apparently constantly understaffed, but the cleanliness shouldn't really suffer. Unfortunately, that is the case here. Tables and seating are often dirty (which unfortunately is very often due to the clientele) and are not cleaned often enough. The displayed, occupied goods are often dry. Last but not least, the taste suffers. The Corona signage is misleading and hardly (legible) available. Only the option to log in to the table using a QR code is a small plus. Conclusion: You don't like to linger here! Everywhere you can get a little something for on the go. Low budget can work better.

In terms of price and quality, it is really good, even if it is an assembly line, but I still like it there. Perfect for a quick hunger!

Lots of bread and drinks choices...a very helpful and friendly cashier. Quite a spacious and comfortable seating area for a quick bite or even normal meal time. The cleanliness could be improved!

Even one star is too much here ... dirty tables, dirty floor, no selection in the display and if so, the turkey breast is rolling on the panini from the dryness ... we had to ask twice that the table was really dirty wiped off please .. reluctantly this happened. The sloppy neighboring tables, however, remained dirty, chattering with the colleague and cell phone is definitely more important, especially in times of Corona .. It's a shame how the shop was run down. Definitely our last visit!

Customers do not adhere to the hygiene rules of the store and unfortunately the staff does not care. I don't like going there.

Terrible store. It has already been said several times that the manager did not want to give out the receipt. When we then took it, there was always something on it that we didn't buy. He then said that we can still take it. We always asked to get our money back, he was mega rude. Look carefully at the receipt.

The last two times, the cashier (presumably the manager or a supervisor) either billed too many products or more expensive products. A receipt (despite paying with an EC card) was not given. After the wrong invoice amount was addressed and the money was requested back, I was first offered to take other parts with me. Only after repeated requests was the excess amount of money given to me. Therefore: Always ask for the receipt and check it!

Very rude staff. I think I was eating with my girlfriend she had recently broken her foot. When I got her water out of my backpack so that she could take her pain pill, the staff member through the store said to shout at us why I was getting stinky water from my backpack would. We even tried to explain to the staff that it was only medication. But he made a terror as if I had gone through a 12 course menu. In addition, the employee got very cheeky when I asked about the cash register bong and just left. So I would rather go to the bakery in the future. They know that the customer is king and so you will be treated much friendlier.

Unfortunately I am not so conclusive whether I should find it good or bad here. Because of the clientele that runs around in front of it and sometimes begs penetratively, I am rather averse. However, the goods there have fair prices and taste good too.

Until recently, the shop was ok until the new managing director was established. He was not only determined by me as unsocial, unfriendly and unbearable, but also by other guests. The places are dirty as well as the toilets. The managing director even asks people to go and have their coffee relaxed and take their time and sit there before the corona time. If you give stars -1, look for a better coffee if you want to relax and have a good coffee.

The best bakery that I know personally, everything delicious and the bakery itself very nice and clear. Prices are reasonable all perfect!

Cheap and delicious On the toilet you are strictly guarded if you eat there, no matter if child or not. Occupied baqutettes and other things are sometimes incomplete and still charged full. Staff very friendly!
